It’s actually happening—TikTok’s days are numbered. I’ll be spending the next few days downloading all the videos I can’t bear to lose, and second to edits (no judgement, please), recipes represent the biggest chunk of videos in my saved folders. Throughout TikTok’s reign, there have been countless recipes that have taken the world—and our kitchen—by storm. We’ve created recipes for countless viral moments (looking at you, baked feta pasta and green goddess salad), and have taken inspiration from well-loved ideas to make our own Delish versions (if you haven’t tried our dalgona martini yet, now’s the time). So, in these final days, we’re taking a moment to say goodbye to all of the recipes that we wouldn’t be the same without. 😭

Maybe you’ve got a case of nostalgia and want to revisit the recipes that had the entire world in a chokehold, or you want to actually make the recipes you watched for hours on end. Either way, keep reading on for all of our TikTok-faves.

Dirty Martini Pasta

This pasta first went viral on TikTok when chef Emily Eggers shared her recipe for an olive brine and gin-spiked spaghetti. We haven’t been so excited about a TikTok recipe since the iconic baked feta pasta. So naturally, we ran to our kitchens to make our own version.

Dalgona Coffee

Dalgona coffee started as a TikTok trend, and quickly became a staple in our kitchens. All you need is instant coffee, sugar, and water (and a little elbow grease!) to make this fluffy, perfectly sweetened caffeine treat. Can't get enough? Upgrade to our dalgona martini.

Melissa Ben-Ishay is maybe best known as the creator of Baked By Melissa, a cupcake company known for their adorable mini cupcakes that come in dozens of flavors; however, some of you may know her as the creator of the most viral salad on the Internet.

Recipes only go viral when they’re incredibly good or laughably bad, and this sushi bake falls firmly at the top of the “incredibly good” list. This easy casserole (because, let's be honest, that’s what this is) is the perfect entry point for trying your hand at making sushi at home or introducing sushi to picky kiddos.

Obviously roasting a block of feta with bursting tomatoes is going to be amazing, but is it good enough to break TikTok like this one did? Our answer, begrudgingly, is yes. It's genius—super easy, but fancy enough for date night. 😍

This TikTok number has taken breakfast tables by storm, and for good reason. It involves topping bread with a shortcut egg-yogurt “custard” to create a slightly sweet, fancy-ish dessert with barely any effort. The choices of toppings are ripe for your imagination. (FYI, Team Delish favors a bit of chocolate in the custard 😉)

Blended Baked Oats

The true genius behind this method is the blending of the oats to create a powder that resembles flour. This allows the baked result to feel more cake than breakfast, while still providing all the benefits of having a bowl of oats in the morning.

Pesto Egg-In-A-Hole

Lucy schaeffer

We can't believe we never thought to swap out our cooking oil of choice for pesto before! It makes SO much sense—once heated, the basil, pine nuts, and Parm in pesto fry up crispy and nutty, deepening their earthy flavors. Combine that with the perfection of an egg in a hole, and you’ve got yourself a special, next-level breakfast that comes together fast.
