If you dream it, you can absolutely antipasto it. What do we mean by that? Well, we think pretty much every meal can be improved by getting infused with all the flavors of a classic antipasto salad (yes, even breakfast). Briny, crunchy, and packed with all our favorite ingredients (like cured meats, olives, pepperoncini, cheese, and marinated artichokes), the Italian antipasto salad is a standby, whether you're at your favorite pizza joint or just in the mood for a hearty dinner salad. It turns out the flavor combo improves basically everything, which is why we absolutely had to create 14 antipasto recipes that include appetizers, sides, and easy dinner mains, meaning you never have to go too long before you satisfy that antipasto craving!

What is antipasto anyway, you might be asking? Well, "antipasto," which is also the Italian term for the dishes you have before your pasta course, is what we call the classic flavor combo most likely seen in salad form. What they both have in common is that both antipasto (the course) and antipasto (the dish) are eaten to stimulate all your senses. So you can absolutely see why we had to add these ingredients to any and all meals and situations. Heading to a BBQ? Our antipasto potato salad is a sleeper-hit. Got a lot of potlucks on the calendar? Be sure to arrive with our fully loaded antipasto squares, antipasto skewers, or showstopper antipasto Christmas tree cheese ball will get you re-invited over and over.

Even if you're just snacking on the couch (or just want to shake up your breakfast/lunch/dinner routine), our antipasto egg rolls, and antipasto stuffed chicken, and antipasto breakfast bake will make meal time feel like a true event!

This versatile chickpea salad is a great side dish (hello, potlucks!) but can easily be a full meal on its own! Adding a spoonful of Dijon mustard to your red wine vinaigrette makes it creamier in both taste and body—consider it your secret weapon in making a classic dressing just that much better.

Potato salad is about as classic a summer side as it gets, and we love experimenting with different flavor combinations, like our tzatziki or loaded baked potato salad. Though a traditional creamy dressing is delicious, it can sometimes be heavy and leave too little room for the main event. If you’re looking to lighten up your usual potato salad, look no further—this version is bursting with all the flavors of your favorite antipasto.
