1Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Park FeierbachWe love a good, crispy sweet potato fry. Though the oven-baked variety is great, these air fryer fries get even crispier and take way less time! Paired with our favorite 3-ingredient secret sauce (use vegan mayo!), we can't think of a better snack.

PHOTO: JOEL GOLDBERG; FOOD STYLING: HADLEY SUIThis "healthier" snack has everything you love about a classic tater tot—the crispy edges, the snackable format—but in a less oily package. You'll swap starchy potatoes for fiber-rich broccoli, then bake them in an air fryer, which majorly cuts down on the grease factor.

9Air Fryer Tater Tots
Parker feierbachThe air fryer works some kind of magic on these tater tots. It gets them extra crispy and the homemade, shaggy look makes them better than any fast food chain could produce. The best part? These are completely gluten- and added-fat-free!

11Air Fryer Bloomin' Onion
Emily Hlavac Green We've already made a baked bloomin' onion, but we couldn't resist trying it out in the air fryer. Even after skipping the deep fry, this monster still comes out as delicious as ever. It's crazy crispy and so fun as a pull-apart shared anytime party snack.

12Air Fryer Egg Rolls
PHOTO & FOOD STYLING: LUCY SCHAEFFER PHOTOGRAPHYSince this recipe includes the not-so-traditional act of air frying, we figured we'd keep the filling classic with carrots, celery, cabbage, and crispy pork; however, any multitude of fillings could work (and we recommend you experiment)! Check out our antipasto, Reuben, or Buffalo chicken egg rolls for inspo.

17Cauliflower Tots
Parker FeierbachThese cheesy nuggets of joy might be better than potato tater tots. We've included an oven-baked version as well as an air-fryer version below—both are great, but we're in love with how golden the air fryer version gets!

19Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
PHOTO: JOEL GOLDBERG; FOOD STYLING: HADLEY SUIThe key to that tasty BBQ flavor on these drumsticks lies in both the sauce and the technique of glazing the drumsticks. Returning them to the air fryer sets the glaze to finger-licking stickiness (a GREAT thing in our book). If you already have a favorite brand of BBQ sauce, streamline the recipe and use 1 cup of that instead of our homemade version.

20Air Fryer Drumsticks
PHOTO: ERIK BERNSTEIN; FOOD STYLING: LAURA REGEThis dish is loosely inspired by two Chinese dishes: fragrant and umami-filled Cantonese soy sauce chicken and a dish that was popular in '80s and '90s in China, Coca Cola wings. Instead of poaching the chicken like is traditional in soy sauce chicken, you'll get the soy-marinated chicken slightly crispy and perfectly tender in the air fryer. Then you'll use the reserved marinade, along with some Coke, to make a sticky, sweetish sauce. Yum!
