Now that daylight savings has happened, and the fall days are getting shorter, we love waking up to a supremely cozy breakfast to help start the day. If you need motivation, we know these recipes full of pumpkin, apple, and other seasonal flavors will have you jumping out of bed, without a doubt. Bonus: All of these go pretty darn well with a pumpkin spice latte.

Like clockwork, each fall we go properly pumpkin-crazy. We love adding it to stand-bys like our pumpkin cinnamon rolls and our pumpkin bread, of course. But don't stop at just the classics! Mix up a batch of our pumpkin French toast or our pumpkin biscuit bake to see what going outside the box can do for you.

Apples are also one of our favorite reasons for the season. If your apple-picking haul left you with WAY too many apples (relatable!), we've got plenty of recipes here for you. Our apple cinnamon muffins, our apple cheddar crescent casserole, and our baked apple oatmeal will give them the spotlight they deserve. Grabbed a bottle of cider while at the orchard too? Our apple cider donut muffins or our apple cider latte all have that delicious apple flavor, without you having to slice any fruit.

More of a savory breakfast person? We hear you. We're never mad to wake up to our breakfast strata, our copycat Cracker Barrel hash brown casserole, or our sheet-pan sweet potato hash. These also make for an amazing brunch spread. Cheesy croissant casserole and apple cider mimosas? Count us in.
