On St. Patrick's Day, we love to start our celebrations as soon as we wake up with a festive (and often green) St. Patrick's Day breakfast. Not only does it maximize all your luck, but proves that St. Patrick's Day isn't just for drinking Guinness and eating corned beef (although we'll gladly do that later in the day). Think of it: This is the only holiday where Irish coffee is appropriate before 12 p.m. (and we'll absolutely be taking advantage of that). Okay, St. Patrick's Day is admittedly not all about Irish coffees. You have to eat something too.
