Instead of a baked brie, mix up this quick dip with supremely soft Alouette Crème De Brie. It’s loaded with some of our favorite holiday flavors—like cranberries and toasted nuts—and then dialed up a notch with a swirl of pepper jam. Add it to your cheese board, serve it as a stand-alone appetizer, or even spread it on a sandwich. Whichever way you go, it’s bound to be a new seasonal fave.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
shelled pistachios
- 1
(5 oz.) container Alouette Crème De Brie
- 1/2 cup
dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup
pepper jam
- 1
scallion, sliced, greens and whites separated
Flaky sea salt
Crackers and apple slices, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown, 5 to 8 minutes. Let cool, then roughly chop.
- Step 2Place Alouette Crème De Brie in a medium serving bowl. Mix in pistachios, cranberries, pepper jam, and scallion whites. Stir until fully combined, then top with scallion greens and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Step 3Serve with crackers and apple slices.
