There’s nothing better than the combination of a dessert and cocktail. Shaken and poured into a chilled glass, dessert cocktails are the ultimate end-of-the-night treat, especially when they include mocha and bourbon. This boozy Turkeytini has all you need to complete your Thanksgiving feast with the decadent blend of creamy Baileys Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, Kahlúa, and bourbon.
It's entirely optional, but we took a note from our Oreo turkeys, and made an adorable Reese's turkey as a garnish for this drink. Here's how you do it: Dot the back of 2 candy eyes with melted chocolate. Place on a Reese’s Thins cup. Use more chocolate to attach the orange part of a candy corn as the beak. For feathers, halve another cup and attach to the back with more chocolate. I promise it will make your drink all the more delicious (and adorable).
Hot tip: Make sure to shake the cocktail for a good 20 seconds or more to get it homogeneous and frothy. This is the secret to getting a smooth drink without any curdling or separation. This recipe makes one drink, but feel free to increase all the ingredients to make a big batch—plus, the more Reese's, the better!
