You know how they always describe Frosty the Snowman: a corncob pipe, a button nose, two eyes made out of coal, white chocolate ganache, and a Rolo as a little hat. Well, at least that's how I'd describe this holiday treat. With this recipe, you can have your snowman and eat him too, regardless if there’s snow on the ground. Using our delicious edible cookie dough recipe, white chocolate ganache, and a couple of candy decorations, these melted snowman bites are the perfect sweet treat to bring to any holiday party. I decided to use coconut oil in this recipe to get the perfect consistency of white chocolate so that decorating is basically foolproof. These snowmen are almost too cute to eat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups
store-bought or homemade edible cookie dough
- 9
mini Oreos
- 2 cups
(240 g.) white chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp.
coconut oil
- 18
Rolo chocolate candies
- 18
snowflake sprinkles (optional)
Black and orange pearl sprinkles, for decorating
Directions
- Step 1Portion cookie dough into 1-Tbsp. scoops on a parchment-lined baking sheet (you should have 18). Freeze dough until very firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Step 2Meanwhile, separate Oreos and scrape off frosting (chef’s snack!).
- Step 3In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave chips and oil in 15-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth, 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- Step 4Spoon 18 (1"-diameter) rounds of ganache on another parchment-lined baking sheet. (This will be the base for the bites; you’ll have ganache left over.)
- Step 5Dip smaller Rolo end into remaining ganache. Attach candy to flat side of Oreo to form a hat. Dip snowflake sprinkle (if using) into ganache. Attach where Oreo meets Rolo at rim of hat.
- Step 6Roll each scoop of dough into a smooth ball. Using a fork, dip one dough ball into ganache to cover. Gently press into a ganache round on baking sheet. Before chocolate sets, attach 2 black sugar pearls as the eyes, then 3 to 4 black sugar pearls in a semicircle as the mouth. Place 1 orange sugar pearl in the middle as the nose, then place hat on top of snowman’s head. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
- Step 7Let chocolate set before serving, 15 to 20 minutes.
