Ingredients
- 1/2 oz.
apple cider
- 1 tsp.
dark brown sugar
- 2
dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 1/2 oz.
- 1
thin apple slice, for garnish
- 1
cinnamon stick, for garnish
- 1
star-anise pod, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1In a mixing glass, combine the cider, brown sugar, and bitters. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
- Step 2Fill the mixing glass with ice and add the Yellowstone Toasted Bourbon. Stir until chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Step 3Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with the apple slice, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
