Step aside, chocolate bars—s'mores brownies are the BEST way to eat s'mores. The fudgy brownies (upgraded with chopped chocolate bars) sit on top of a graham cracker crust, creating a perfect bottom layer for toasted marshmallows. Whether you want to skip the campfire or make this camping classic for crowd, these brownies are the perfect way share this summer treat.
Toasted marshmallows get sticky, so for a nice smooth slice, spray the blade of the knife with cooking spray before slicing into the brownies. Wipe it off and re-spray between each use. This prevents the marshmallows from sticking and keeps the top looking nice and neat.
