Didn’t you always say that you wanted a pink drink that felt like summer in a glass? Well, I took it upon myself to answer the call (you’re welcome). This isn’t your regular lemonade-stand lemonade. It’s pink, spiked, and frozen for a childhood drink all grown up. I chose vodka here because it takes on a smooth, velvety character when cold, and I think that really helps the feel of the slushy, but you can use whatever liquor suits your fancy.
Freeze your lemonade a day ahead of time to make your life easier, and maybe freeze some extra, because you will want seconds. This drink is perfect for a hot summer day, pool hang, or backyard BBQ. Whatever your next function is, bringing these slushies will surely make you the star of the show.
