Don't tell the other party dips, but spinach-artichoke dip has my heart. It's creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor and texture. Delish is so obsessed with this flavor combo, we've created countless dinners based on the classic party app, from chicken spinach-artichoke soup to creamy spinach-artichoke gnocchi. Next up on the list? These spinach and artichoke-stuffed burgers. They're a two-in-one dinner that will make you the star of any game day or summer BBQ, and will have you leaving the basic burgers behind.
How to stuff your burgers:
To create these stuffed burgers, we layer in a quick and easy spinach-artichoke dip between two patties before grilling. While we want to taste plenty of filling, it's important to not overfill your burgers. Nobody wants an extremely messy, falling-apart situation on their hands! Alternatively, if you really want to prevent any mess, you can simply layer the spinach-artichoke dip on top of your burgers after cooking.
Serving ideas:
These burgers are the star of the show, so you really can't go wrong with your side dishes. That being said, air fryer French fries, classic potato salad, cacio e pepe Brussels sprouts, or sweet potato fries are some of my favorites.
