Sweet 'n' Salty Ice Cream Bowls

These fun ice cream bowls are the perfect no-bake summer treat.

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10-oz.) bag mini marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups cereal squares
- 2 cups broken pretzel sticks
- 1 cup salted nuts, chopped
- Ice cream, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Melt butter in a large pot. Add marshmallows; cook, stirring, until melted. Off heat, stir in vanilla extract, cereal squares, broken pretzel sticks, and salted nuts.
- Step 2Spray 18 muffin-pan cups with cooking spray, then spray hands with cooking spray. Press mixture into muffin cups to form bowls (use handle of wooden spoon to press mixture into pans).
- Step 3Let sit 1 hour; remove from pans and fill with ice cream.
