Elevate frosted cupcakes with fruity filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen vanilla cupcakes
  • 1 tsp. plus 1 tbsp. Mixed Berry Jam
  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla frosting

Directions

    1. Step 1With paring knife at an angle, cut center from tops of cupcakes. Fill each hole with 1 teaspoon Mixed Berry Jam.
    2. Step 2Into vanilla frosting, stir 1 tablespoon Mixed Berry Jam. Spoon into piping bag fitted with pastry tip; pipe onto cupcakes.
