
We took sheet-pan nachos and gave them the flamin’ hot treatment—and we don’t just mean making them spicy, we mean amping them up with the zest, zing, and delicate heat of Flamin' Hot Cheetos. So how do you turn ordinary nachos into something flamin’? Start with the meat mixture. Rather than just flavoring the ground beef with taco spice, we cooked it with cumin, then finished the seasoning with crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos. For a flamin’ finish, top with some of the typical nacho toppings in addition to sliced jalapeño and a drizzle of sriracha sour cream. A sprinkle of more crushed Cheetos lets everyone know these aren’t ordinary nachos.
It’s all about topping coverage here at Delish, and that’s why we like to bake our nachos on a large rimmed baking sheet rather than pile them up on a smaller one. It makes sense if it really bugs you when you get a nacho that is covered in toppings and then one that is not so much. A large baking sheet allows for everything to be distributed in a nice even layer.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp.
vegetable oil, plus more for pan
- 1/2 cup
sour cream
- 3 Tbsp.
sriracha
- 1 1/2 lb.
lean ground beef
- 2
cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp.
ground cumin
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups
crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos, plus more for serving (optional)

tortilla chips
- 1
(15-oz.) can black beans, drained, rinsed
- 12 oz.
shredded Mexican blend cheese (about 3 c.)
- 1
Roma tomato, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/4
small red onion, finely chopped
- 1
jalapeño, thinly sliced, seeded if desired
- 1
(2.25-oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 2 Tbsp.
chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Hot sauce, for drizzling (optional)
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with oil. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and sriracha. If needed, add water, a few drops at a time, until sour cream mixture is a good drizzling consistency.
- Step 2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef, garlic, and cumin; season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up beef with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain excess fat. Stir in crushed Cheetos.
- Step 3Spread chips in a single layer on prepared sheet. Top with beef mixture, beans, and cheese.
- Step 4Bake nachos until hot and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Step 5Top with tomato, onion, jalapeño, olives, and cilantro. Drizzle with sour cream mixture and sprinkle with more crushed Cheetos (if using). Drizzle with hot sauce (if using).
