Have you ever made Oreo truffles before? If not, you need to jump on this tasty bandwagon! Not only do they taste incredible, you only need three ingredients to get going! (Plus sprinkles. Which are more of a necessity than an ingredient if ya know what I mean?!)
All you do is blend crushed Oreo cookies with cream cheese. My mouth is already watering. Roll the mixture into balls, then dunk into chocolate. The final step is to resist eating them all. Which is truly the most difficult part of the recipe.
Oreo truffles are the perfect celebratory dessert. You can use any flavor Oreo you love and adorn them in festive sprinkles depending on the occasion. For the winter, I like to use Golden Oreos, which pair perfectly with a creamy white chocolate coating. Gold sprinkles finish things off to make one fabulous and festive treat. Cheers!
