Calling all peanut butter lovers! This pie definitely needs to make an appearance on your table for the holidays—if only for the pie crust alone: I made a rich, super-chocolatey pie crust that's a unique twist on a traditional one.
A layer of chocolate ganache on top of the crust adds a fudgy layer of richness. I recommend using a darker chocolate to help balance the sweetness of the creamy peanut butter mousse filling. Yup, you read that right: peanut.butter.mousse. It's a peanut butter lover's dream (seriously, take a bite of it with a spoon!)
The best way to garnish this pie is with, well, anything you want: mini peanut butter cups, peanuts, peanut butter, and melted chocolate for the ultimate pie that will definitely impress this season.
