If you're obsessed with chai lattes but never think to make one yourself, I've got a surprise for you: It's dead simple. All you do is simmer a bag of chai tea, a little sugar, a cinnamon stick, and star anise and then stir in half-and-half.
I went one step further because I like to sip these while I'm boozy brunching with friends. I added coffee liqueur, which makes it the perfect day drinking pick-me-up.
I'm thrilled we can start sipping warm chai lattes again—being able to wrap your hands around a warm drink is the best. Make this your go-to brunch beverage all fall and winter long.
