Spiked Watermelon Limeade With a Spicy Rim

The perfect combination of spicy and (lightly) sweet, this boozy limeade, made with refreshing Absolut Watermelon Vodka, gets an added kick with a smoked paprika and cayenne pepper rim. Serve it après-pool, or at your next backyard gathering. Your friends—especially the ones who can take the heat—will thank you.

Ingredients
- 1/2
part kosher salt
- 1/2
part smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp.
cayenne pepper
Ice
- 2
parts Absolut Watermelon Vodka
- 2
parts watermelon water or watermelon juice
- 1/2
parts fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp.
light agave syrup
Watermelon wedge, for serving
- 2
lime wedges, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Combine salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper on a small shallow plate. Rim one rock glass with a lime wedge, then dip in salt mixture to coat rim. Fill glasses with ice.
- Step 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Absolut Watermelon Vodka, watermelon, lime juice, and agave, and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass, garnish with a watermelon wedge and two lime wedges, and serve.
