When it's a real scorcher, refresh with these gorgeous frozen virgin margaritas, made zesty with lots of lime. We love layering raspberry and mango for the sweet-tart tropical flavor, but strawberry and pineapple is a solid combo too. This recipe is alcohol-free, but feel free to add tequila and triple sec if you'd like to make them boozy. (Want a boozy margarita? Head here.)

Ingredients
For the mango layer
- 2 cups
frozen mango
- 3/4 cup
coconut water
- 1/4 cup
lime juice
- 2 tsp.
honey
For the raspberry layer
- 2 cups
frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup
coconut water
- 1/4 cup
lime juice
- 2 tsp.
honey
Directions
- Step 1Make mango layer: Combine frozen mango, coconut water, lime juice, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth, then fill each glass halfway full.
- Step 2Make raspberry layer: Combine frozen raspberries, coconut water, lime juice, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth, then top off each glass with mixture.
- Step 3Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
