The breakfast-dessert hybrid you’ve been waiting for! Indulge your sweet tooth with this Creamy Tiramisu Oatmeal. Eggs, milk, and a little sugar come together with espresso powder, oats, and mascarpone cheese to become a silky custard that will keep you energized and happy all morning. And this recipe takes only 20 minutes to come together, thanks to Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats, so you'll never feel rushed through breakfast again.

Ingredients
- 4
large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup
sugar
- 4 cups
whole milk
- 2 tsp.
instant espresso powder
- 2 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp.
Kosher salt
- 2 cups
- 1/2 cup
mascarpone cheese
Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Sliced strawberries, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Whisk the eggs and sugar in the bottom of a medium saucepan, until lightened in color and well combined. Whisk the milk, espresso powder, vanilla, and salt into the egg mixture.
- Step 2Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Continue to simmer over medium, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens just slightly, 4 minutes.
- Step 3Stir the oats into the milk mixture and bring back to a simmer. Simmer until oats are cooked, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the mascarpone cheese, until melted and combined.
- Step 4Spoon into bowls, dust with cocoa powder, and top with sliced strawberries. Serve warm, or chill completely for a firmer custard and serve cold.
