Flaming Orange Old Fashioned

When you’re in the mood for a sure-fire (get it?!) classic, but you want to take things (like flavor and flair) up a notch. This is THAT drink. Make it with Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year Old, a bourbon aged for a minimum of, you guessed it, 10 years. It’s incredibly smooth, with hints of vanilla and warm spices—perfect for pairing with orange, muddled and flamed.

Directions
- Step 1Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 dash of angostura and orange bitters to each glass. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Step 2Add 1 teaspoon water, then 1 orange wedge to each glass, and muddle to combine. Top each glass with 1 ½ ounces bourbon. Add one large ice cube and stir with a narrow spoon until well chilled, about 1 minute.
- Step 3Using a match, warm the rind of an orange peel for about 15 seconds. Holding the match over one glass, squeeze the peel to ignite the flame and drop peel into glass. Repeat with remaining orange rind and cocktail. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
