Cookie Lovers No-Churn Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 cups
heavy cream
- 1
(14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp.
blue food coloring
- 10
chocolate chip cookies
- 10
Oreos
- 1/2 cup
semisweet chocolate chips
Mini Oreos and Cookie Crisp cereal, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, 3 to 4 minutes. Scrape down the bowl with a spatula and add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, mixing to combine. Mix in food coloring, scraping down bowl until everything is well blended.
- Step 2Place cookies in a large resealable plastic bag, remove air and seal it. Use a wooden spoon or mallet to smash the cookies. Pour all but 1/2 cup cookie crumbles into ice cream mixture, then add in chocolate chips. Fold in cookie bits and pour ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Top with remaining cookies.
- Step 3Garnish ice cream with mini Oreos and Cookie Crisp cereal, if using. Refrigerate until firm, 6 hours, or up to overnight.
