It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare these balsamic-roasted strawberries — poured over an out-of-this-world ice cream, flavored with fromage blanc and chèvre.

Ingredients
- 1 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 6 oz. fromage blanc
- 11 oz. chèvre
- 2 pt. strawberries
- 3 Tbsp. raw sugar
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Step 1Remove ice cream from freezer and let soften at room temperature for 10 minutes. Transfer to a 1 1/2-gallon plastic container. Stir in fromage blanc until well combined. Add chèvre, stirring gently so that crumbles remain somewhat intact. Refreeze ice cream for at least 1 hour, to desired texture.
- Step 2Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place strawberries in a parchment-lined baking pan, and sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with vinegar. Roast until caramelized and bubbly, about 10 minutes. Serve over chèvre ice cream.
