Tart cherries hiding in the center of these quick and easy chocolate bars deepen the earthiness of the dark chocolate.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. dark-chocolate candy melts
- 1/4 cup chopped dried tart cherries
Directions
- Step 1In a double boiler set over simmering water, heat chocolate, stirring frequently, until melted, about 5 minutes.
- Step 2Fill four 5 3/8- by 2 1/8- by 1/8-inch candy bar molds halfway with chocolate. Divide cherries among molds; cover with remaining chocolate. Using a small offset spatula, smooth tops. Lightly tap molds on work surface to remove any air bubbles.
- Step 3Refrigerate until set, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and release chocolate bars. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until ready to wrap, up to 4 weeks.
