After making a B.A.T. you'll never be able to go back to just plain old B.L.Ts! These bacon-avocado-tomato tostadas are crispy, salty, rich, and creamy all at once.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe, firm Hass avocados
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 8 strip thick-cut bacon
- 2 cups mixed cherry tomatoes
- 8 crisp flat tostada shells
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- salt
Directions
- Step 1In a small bowl, mash 2 of the avocados with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cut the remaining 2 avocados into 1/2-inch dice and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lime juice.
- Step 2Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Break into 2 inch pieces.
- Step 3Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, gently toss together diced avocado, tomatoes, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Step 4Spread mashed avocado on tostada shells, dividing evenly. Spoon tomato mixture on top. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
