Ingredients
- 12 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
- 3 oz. white chocolate
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
- Step 1Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment.
- Step 2Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir. Heat 15 to 30 seconds more. Stir until smooth.
- Step 3For white chocolate: In a separate bowl, melt on medium for 30 seconds. Stir and heat again for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat 2 more times, 30 seconds each, until white chocolate is smooth.
- Step 4Pour dark chocolate onto prepared baking sheet sheet and spread into a 1/4-inch-thick rectangle using a metal spatula. Drop dollops of white chocolate on top of dark chocolate. Draw a skewer or a thin knife through chocolates to marble. Sprinkle with pecans and almonds.
- Step 5Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Peel off foil and break bark into pieces. It will keep about one month in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
