Take a break from the heat with these flavorful watermelon-blackberry popsicles.

Ingredients
- 20 blackberries
- 2 lb. seedless watermelon chunks
- 2 Tbsp. superfine sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Step 1Place 3 to 5 blackberry halves into each of 10 3-ounce pop molds. Purée remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, then transfer mixture to a large glass measure or pitcher. Skim off and discard foam from surface.
- Step 2Pour into prepared molds and insert sticks. Freeze at least 24 hours before unmolding.
