These frozen treats are the perfect way to cool down after a day in the hot summer sun.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh sweet pineapple chunks
- 1 can sweetened cream of coconut
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup light rum or coconut rum (like Malibu)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Step 1Purée ingredients in a blender until smooth and transfer mixture to a large glass measure or pitcher.
- Step 2Pour into 10 3-ounce pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze at least 24 hours before unmolding.
