Dalgona Frosted Fudge Cake

What do you get when you pair one of the year’s coolest food trends, with a classic fudge cake? Pure joy. Earlier this spring Dalgona coffee—a combination of whipped instant coffee, sugar, and water, served with milk—became social media’s latest must-try.
In a move that should surprise no one, it tastes as incredible on top of this chocolate cake as it does in a cup. We used unsweetened cocoa powder, dark brown sugar and Clabber Girl Baking Powder—the baking industry standard for over 100 years—for just the right amount of chocolate decadence. Go on internet, indulge.
