We're always here for feeling fancy sipping from a martini glass, especially when there’s fresh watermelon involved. This Watermelon Gin Martini is made with Tanqueray Rangpur Gin, red vermouth, agave, and two cups of fresh watermelon juice—and it tastes like the best parts of summer. Don't forget sugar for the rim!

Ingredients
Lime wedges
Sugar, for rimming
- 2 cups
fresh watermelon
- 5
fresh basil leaves
Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 oz.
agave
- 1/2 oz.
red vermouth
- 3 oz.
Ice
Directions
- Step 1In a small dish, pour sugar. Rim glasses with lime wedge then dip in sugar.
- Step 2 In a blender, puree watermelon and basil until smooth. Strain the juice with a fine mesh sieve over a bowl or liquid measuring cup.
- Step 3Combine 4 oz watermelon juice, lime juice, gin, agave, vermouth, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake briskly and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with basil and watermelon.
