White Chocolate Pudding

Skip the cocoa and add plenty of white chocolate for this scrumptious snack. It's still a great after-dinner indulgence.

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 bar white chocolate
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Step 1In a saucepan, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and salt to combine. Slowly whisk in milk and cream.
- Step 2Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until mixture thickens, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Step 3Remove saucepan from heat and add white chocolate, butter, and vanilla. Whisk until white chocolate melts and mixture is blended.
- Step 4Scrape pudding into a bowl and press plastic wrap over the surface. Refrigerate until chilled.
