Did you know Blue Curaçao is is named for the bitter orange (laraha or Curaçao Orange) used to flavor it? (Queue "The More You Know" 😂) We decided utilize this citrus flavor to create a creamsicle mimosa in the liqueur's trademark electric blue. Looks crazy, tastes like [boozy] heaven.

Ingredients
Lemon slice, for rimming
- 2 Tbsp.
granulated sugar, for rimming
- 1/2 cup
blue curaçao
- 2 oz.
vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 tsp.
heavy cream
- 1
bottle champagne, prosecco, or cava
Directions
- Step 1Rim champagne flutes with a lemon slice and dip in sugar. Set aside.
- Step 2In a glass, stir together blue curaçao, vanilla vodka, and heavy cream until combined. Pour into prepared champagne flutes and top off with champagne. Serve immediately.
