Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. maple syrup
- 10 oz. baby spinach
- 2 large Fuji apples
- 12 large mint leaves
- 4 oz. walnuts
- 2 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Add remaining ingredients and gently toss.
