Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 large shallots
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- tsp. Pepper
Directions
- Step 1Cook noodles according to package directions until firm-tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in peas, drain in a colander and rinse under running cold water; drain well.
- Step 2Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add shallots and cook, stirring often, until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Add noodles, salt and pepper; stir until hot, about 1 minute.
