Ingredients
Cooking spray
- 5 Tbsp.
butter
- 1/4 cup
packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp.
heavy cream
- 1
(10-oz.) bag marshmallows
Pinch kosher salt
- 6 cups
Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup
toasted shredded coconut, divided
- 1/2 cup
chocolate chips, melted
Caramel, warmed, for drizzling
Directions
- Step 1Grease a 9"-x-9" baking dish with cooking spray. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar and heavy cream and cook, stirring frequently, until thick and syrupy.
- Step 2Add marshmallows and cook until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies and 1/2 cup of toasted coconut.
- Step 3Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth top, being careful not to pack cereal too tightly. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup coconut over cereal and pressing gently to adhere the flakes. Let cool completely.
- Step 4When ready to serve, drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel before slicing.
