Ingredients
- 3
packs of dried ramen noodles, crushed into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup
cheddar Goldfish
- 1 cup
pretzels
- 1 cup
unsalted nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts)
- 1/2 cup
wasabi or dried peas, optional
- 1/2 cup
(1 stick) melted butter
- 2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp.
soy sauce
- 1 tsp.
garlic powder
- 1 tsp.
onion powder
- 1/2 tsp.
cayenne (optional)
- 2
ramen seasoning packets
Kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Preheat the oven 350°. In a large bowl, combine crushed ramen, goldfish, pretzels, nuts and wasabi peas.
- Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, spices, and contents of ramen seasoning packets. Pour over the snack mix and toss until the ramen mixture is completely coated. Taste and season with salt, if necessary.
- Step 3Spread mixture out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until toasted, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
