Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 cups frozen mashed potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Step 1Heat milk, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat until steaming hot, about 6 minutes (see Note).
- Step 2Add potatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot, about 6 minutes. Add butter and cheese; stir until butter melts.
