Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups
root beer, divided
- 1/2 cup
vodka
- 1
(0.25-oz.) packet unflavored gelatin
Whipped topping, for serving
Maraschino cherries, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Add ½ cup root beer to a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over top. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Step 2Place saucepan over medium heat and bring mixture to a boil, constantly whisking until gelatin is dissolved. Turn off heat, add vodka and remaining 1 cup root beer, and whisk to combine.
- Step 3Fill 10 plastic shot glasses with mixture. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Step 4When ready to serve, top with whipped topping and a cherry.
