Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cocoa Pebbles Treats

Fans of Cocoa PEBBLES™ cereal will go crazy for these chocolatey treats. While you may be tempted to dig in right away, letting them cool to room temperature before slicing is necessary to avoid a gooey (albeit delicious) marshmallow mess.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
(1 stick) butter, plus more softened for pan
- 1
(12-oz.) bag marshmallows
- 8 cups
Cocoa PEBBLES™ cereal
- 2 1/2 cups
freeze-dried strawberries, divided
- 2 1/2 cups
dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp.
coconut oil
Directions
- Step 1Grease a 9"-x-13" baking pan with butter. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and marshmallows. Remove from heat and stir in Cocoa PEBBLES cereal and 2 cups freeze-dried strawberries. Pour into pan and smooth top, being careful not to pack into the pan too much.
- Step 2Let cool completely, then cut into 15 equally-sized treats.
- Step 3In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip half of each Cocoa PEBBLES treat in chocolate and crumble remaining ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries over the chocolate-dipped half.
- Step 4Let sit until cool and chocolate has hardened, 30 minutes.
