Marshmallow Fruity Pebbles Dessert Lasagna

As far as we're concerned, dessert lasagnas are way more exciting than the usual pasta-and-sauce kind—and this one is especially fun. It starts with a marshmallow crust, and has both cheesecake and strawberry pudding layers. Add the whipped topping and sprinkle on some Marshmallow Fruity PEBBLES cereal, and you have a dessert worth skipping dinner for (Classic lasagna or otherwise).

Ingredients
For the crust
- 3 cups
mini marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp.
butter
- 3 cups
Cooking spray
For the cheesecake layer
- 2
(8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup
granulated sugar
- 1 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp.
kosher salt
- 2 cups
whipped topping
For the strawberry pudding layer
- 3 cups
whole milk
- 2
boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz. each)
- 5 tsp.
strawberry gelatin powder
For the top layer
- 1 cup
whipped topping
- 1/2 cup
Directions
- Step 1Make crust: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt marshmallows and butter, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and stir in Marshmallow Fruity PEBBLES cereal.
- Step 2Grease an 8"-x-8" baking dish and the bottom of a measuring cup with cooking spray, then press Marshmallow Fruity PEBBLES mixture evenly into bottom of pan. Let cool while you prepare the next two layers.
- Step 3Make the cheesecake layer: In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
- Step 4Make the strawberry pudding layer: In another medium bowl, whisk milk, pudding mix, and strawberry gelatin powder until smooth.
- Step 5Assemble: Pour cheesecake layer on top of cooled crust, spreading evenly; then repeat with strawberry pudding layer. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least two hours.
- Step 6Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with more Marshmallow Fruity PEBBLES cereal.
