Nothing says date night like a perfectly cooked steak. It's elegant, romantic and this recipe is foolproof. You'll fall in love with this brown-sugar marinated hanger steak, perfect served simply with a side salad and some good crusty bread. (And maybe some chocolate covered strawberries for dessert. 😍) But, if you want to go the extra mile you could go for a grilled Surf and Turf and pair your steak with grilled lobster tails or spicy grilled shrimp.
