Ingredients

(8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups
crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2
green onions, thinly sliced
- 1
small green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tsp.
seasoned salt
Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups
chopped toasted pecans, divided
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, green onions, peppers, ½ cup pecans, salt, and black pepper. Place mixture on plastic wrap shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place inside a bowl to help keep shape. Refrigerate until well chilled, 2 hours.
- Step 2When ready to serve, place remaining 1 ½ cup pecans on a large plate. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in pecans to coat outside well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Step 3Serve with crackers.
