Directions
For the chicken
- Step 1Prepare breading station in three shallow bowls: one bowl with panko, another with the egg, and a third bowl with flour. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat each piece of chicken in flour and shake off excess. Dip chicken into egg mixture and then into panko. Repeat steps for remaining chicken and set aside on a plate.
- Step 2In a deep cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add 1/4" oil. When pan is hot but not smoking, add chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Step 3In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce, butter, and honey. Transfer chicken to a plate and drizzle both sides with hot sauce mixture. Serve immediately.
For the sliders
- Step 1Slice each piece of buffalo glazed chicken into thick slices.
- Step 2Top each bottom slider bun with lettuce, tomato, two pieces buffalo glazed chicken, ranch dressing, and a drizzle of hot sauce. Top with top bun and serve.
For the dip
- Step 1Cut two pieces of buffalo glazed chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Step 2In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, hot sauce, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder, and stir until smooth. Fold in half the chopped buffalo glazed chicken and green onions. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 3Top with remaining buffalo glazed chicken, blue cheese, green onion, and a generous drizzle of hot sauce and serve with pita chips, celery, and carrots.
