Turkey Bacon Ranch Sliders

Turkey, bacon, and ranch seasoning are a match made in heaven. Good luck eating just one of these cheesy sliders!

Ingredients
- 10
slices cooked bacon, halved
For the Ranch Rolls
- 10
Sister Schubert yeast dinner rolls
- 1 tsp.
ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup
crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup
Italian blend shredded cheese
- 4 Tbsp.
butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp.
freshly chopped parsley
For the sandwiches
- 8 oz.
cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup
shredded fontina cheese
remaining packet of ranch seasoning mix (about 2 tbsp)
- 1 lb.
leftover sliced roast turkey
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350º and place 10 rolls on a medium sheet tray.
- Step 2Mix together ingredients for the ranch rolls, then use your hand to press a small amount onto the top of each roll making sure that it sticks to the top. Bake rolls in oven for 10 minutes or until desired golden-brown color. Once cool slice in half to make slider buns and set aside the top buns.
- Step 3Mix together cream cheese, fontina, and remaining ranch seasoning. Carefully spread a heaping tablespoon on the bottom of each bun. Top with sliced turkey and a bit more of the spread. Place back in oven for 5-7 minutes until heated through. To finish sliders, top with bacon and the ranch bun.
