Enter: Pumpkin pie martinis. This dessert cocktail is the perfect way to end your Thanksgiving dinner, or any fall celebration.
It's got everything you love about the fall cult favorite + a boozy, creamy kick thanks to vodka and pumpkin purée. The addition of maple syrup adds a bit of sweetness and doubles down on the autumnal vibes. It's the perfect fall cocktail that PSL and pumpkin pie lovers won't be able to get enough of.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp.
granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp.
pumpkin pie spice
Lemon wedge
- 4 oz.
vodka
- 3 Tbsp.
half and half
- 3 Tbsp.
pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp.
maple syrup
Whipped topping, for garnish
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a shallow dish. Using a lemon wedge, wet rim of martini glasses, then dip glasses in pumpkin spice sugar to coat rim.
- Step 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, half and half, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glasses.
- Step 3Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of the remaining pumpkin spice sugar mixture. Serve with cinnamon sticks.
