These martinis taste just like a crème brûlée with very little effort. Be sure to keep the caramel in the freezer until you are ready to serve. The caramel will eventually melt into your drink making it extra indulgent.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
caramel squares
- 1 cup
Baileys
- 1/2 cup
vanilla vodka
- 1/2 cup
white chocolate liquor
Ice
Directions
- Step 1Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt caramels in 20 second intervals. Immediately use a rubber spatula to drizzle melted caramel over parchment into circles. Freeze until hardened, about 15 minutes.
- Step 2In a large cocktail shaker, combine Baileys, vodka, and white chocolate liquor. Add ice and shake until chilled, about 20 seconds.
- Step 3Divide between 2 martini glasses and top with caramel garnish.
