Ingredients

medium flour tortillas
- 4 Tbsp.
melted butter
- 1 cup
granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp.
cinnamon
Directions
For oven
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425°. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Toss tortillas in butter, making sure both sides are coated.
- Step 2In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Working in batches, toss tortillas in cinnamon sugar.
- Step 3Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on pan 5 minutes before serving.
For air fryer
- Step 1Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Toss tortillas in butter, making sure both sides are coated.
- Step 2In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Working in batches, toss tortillas in cinnamon sugar.
- Step 3Working batches, place tortillas in basket in a single layer. Cook at 375° for 6 minutes.
