Creamsicle lovers—let me introduce you to your new favorite easy dessert. The classic, nostalgic flavors of the creamsicle have inspired many desserts in the Delish Test Kitchen, from creamsicle bars to our no-bake creamsicle cheesecake. That being said, when I need an easy summer treat ready in less than 30 minutes, I turn to this simple but satisfying creamsicle fluff.

Cream cheese, orange Jell-O, marshmallow fluff, and Cool Whip combine to create the base of this fluff, flavored by orange zest and vanilla. I love this dessert dip paired with almost everything, from cookies to fruit. If you're extra daring (and love salty-sweet combos) try it with potato chips!

Ingredients

(8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

2 tsp.
orange zest, plus more for garnish

vanilla
1 cup
Cool Whip
Pinch kosher salt
1/4 cup
Marshmallow fluff, microwaved until pourable (10 to 15 seconds on high)
Nilla wafers, for serving

Directions

1. Step 1 In a large bowl using a hand mixer or whisk, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add orange Jell-O mix, orange zest, vanilla, Cool Whip, and salt and beat until combined.
2. Step 2Add marshmallow fluff and fold a couple times to create a swirl. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with more zest. Serve with cookies and fruit for dipping.
