Uses your frozen peaches to make these frozen bellinis all summer (and, okay, fall too) long. Using frozen fruit instead of ice makes your cocktails smooth and creamy instead of icy and it won't be watered down! These are our go-to summer cocktail and we love them more and more every time we make them!

Ingredients
- 2 cups
frozen peaches
- 1 1/2 cups
Prosecco
- 1/2 cup
freshly squeezed orange juice
Fresh peach slices, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1In a blender, combine frozen peaches, Prosecco, and orange juice. Blend until mixture is slushy.
- Step 2Divide between champagne flutes and garnish with fresh peach slices.
